“The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great trip. The front desk staff was very nice. I stayed on my way to Miami. Nice, clean, friendly place to rest your head for a night. They even have a light breakfast in the morning. Also it's right next to McDonalds.. I will stay her again on my next trip to Florida.”

“The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals.”

“Stayed on the edge of a river in a National Wildlife Refuge on the Gulf Coast of Florida's panhandle. The beautiful home is full equipped, yet set in a wilderness. This is our third stay, and we still love it. ”

“Our daughter graduated from VSU and we had family coming for all directions. Great place to unwind and celebrate her achievement with everyone.”

“House was comfortable. One bed is in a loft that has a ladder so probably more suitable for a teen which worked out well for us. Lake is the reason we are there so docking the boat up to the dock was perfect. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We drive a pickup so trash isn’t a problem in that we just took it out to the truck to take it to the local dumpster. Great place for a family to enjoy each other. ”
