“Been coming for years. Never disappointed. Great family vacation on the lake.”

“House was comfortable. One bed is in a loft that has a ladder so probably more suitable for a teen which worked out well for us. Lake is the reason we are there so docking the boat up to the dock was perfect. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We drive a pickup so trash isn’t a problem in that we just took it out to the truck to take it to the local dumpster. Great place for a family to enjoy each other. ”

“The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again.”

“We stayed 5 nights in this cottage for a softball tournament. It was great for us. Even the private backyard was perfect. Lori was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay from 2 nights to 5 nights. ”

“Very spacious with plenty of room and great parking! The host was always available and responded quickly to any questions. Although it’s an older home, it’s been beautifully updated and feels very modern. I would definitely stay again! Thank you again!”

“We could not say enough good things about this vacation home! 5 stars!! Well kept, beautifully decorated, very well stocked for your every need. Beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and made sure we had the best stay possible. Took the kids to Wild Adventures Theme Park for two days and this was just about a 15 min drive to the park. We are saving this listing and we will definitely come back again!!”

“This property is just beautiful. The main living area is very large and can accommodate people doing their own "thing" in different areas. Back deck is large and mostly private from neighbors. Would highly recommend.”

“We had a great time! We had Nana Camp with my grandchildren ranging in age from 7-13. We loved the wildlife, weather, river, and all the provisions you supplied so we could make the most of everything. We tubed, kayaked, roasted marshmallows, played board games, sang, danced and fell exhaustedly to sleep each night.”

“The cleanliness and lovely view of the property were a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of this works! I loved the clear communications with the hostess along with the extras including coffee supplies and laundry pods. (The massage chair was awesome too!) ”

“Wonderful hosts. The home was perfect for our visit to the Live Oak, Fl area. The home is clean and cozy, the beds are very comfortable. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. ”

“First pulling up on the property I was ready for a relaxing weekend. The 3rd floor porch was an outstanding spot to look over the river. The dock brings you right into the water. When you are looking at the house from the dock it looks like an estate. The neighbors were nice and helped with directions and closest stores. I recommend to get everything needed on the way in. ”
