“My husband and I stayed here for a getaway. When we arrived Friday, we didn’t immediately notice the issues, but by the next day we found leftover food in the refrigerator that clearly was not ours, including a spilled milkshake that had not been cleaned up. “The road to the condos is extremely treacherous. The staff at the restaurant was lovely but the food came out cold and most not edible. The staff was all so nice. It’s an old hotel and needs some tlc.”

“We paid for an early check in and a bucket of craft beer in our room. Both of which was granted and was great. The staff however, we not very friendly and not very helpful. They didn't explain the amenities, or tell us where they were on property, or what time they closed. We were given papers and told to check online if we needed any more information. “Old Saco Inn in is an excellent family-run hide-out in a besitiful forest, very secluded but still near to most interesting things to do in the Mt Washington area. One of the best places we stayed at, incl. some five-star hotels, on our three week family round-trip in New England.”
