“Amazing peaceful farmhouse located close to small eateries. This farmhouse is beautiful and perfectly stocked with whatever you would need. It was a little slice of heaven to wake up and hear the cows and chickens in the morning and play with the two friendly kitties that my kids loved so much! This was a millions times better then staying at a hotel. We will be back!”

“ Perfect stay for our son’s wedding weekend!We stayed here for our son’s wedding weekend, and it couldn’t have been better. The house had everything we needed — soap, shampoo, coffee filters, and a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family.We loved the peaceful mornings on the front porch swing — such a relaxing start to each day. “Outstanding accommodations for our needs. We were in the area from Minneapolis to visit our new great grandson. Travel distance to visit them, distance to restaurants and a couple times into Franklin all were very manageable. Being older we enjoyed starting and ending our days with coffee and books on the deck directly off the bedroom. We plan another visit in future and would appreciate using this property. Thanks ”

“Our stay was really good. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the extra towels. Just had a few concerns.. the TV in the master bedroom did not work, the bolt lock on the front door was extremely hard to open, there was a large skillet that was not cleaned and I highly recommend that the flood lights and front porch lights be left on for visitors in case they arrive after dark. “Cozy Cottage is so comfortable. It is perhaps the cleanest place we have ever stayed. So very clean. Easy to book and communications were excellent. Screened in back proch was also very comfortable. We came for a horse event in Lewisburg. Its about a 15 or 20 minute drive to all locations and loved being out in the country. Host recommended the Country Store for dinner and it was awesome too. Our Grandson stayed with us a couple of nights. He found children's books and games to play. Another...
