“Stayed two nights and room was never checked on. No new towels or trash so I had to ask the receptionist myself for new towels and trash bags. Everything else besides that was decent.”

“Upon checking in, the front desk staff was courteous and prompt. The room was mostly clean except for a few hairs in the bathroom and dingy but clean looking towels. The bed was decent, somewhat comfortable. The blackout curtains kept the room nicely darkened. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evening. We slept well in between long days of travel on our family road trip. Upon check out though, there was a staff member at the desk who was pretty rude. She had a mouth full of food and curtly said...

“Comfortable, large room, peaceful night's sleep. The night manager was so kind and helpful to this tired traveler. Breakfast was fresh and homemade, no powdered eggs here. Added bonus was fresh watermelon slices this morning 😁”

“I traveled all over the world Hands down worst "hotel" ever Filthy, bugs in room, staff was horrible: Was only room available for College Baseball World Series. Nothing else available. checked out after one horrible night Charged me over $500. Tried to get a resolution but "it's our policy" DO NOT STAY AT THIS CRAP”

“We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t...

“Nice overnight hotel. Great staff. Clean room. Nice shower. Easy check in and out. Unfortunately the hot tub was being repaired — would have been nice after a long day of driving.”

“A staff member entered my room without knocking at 11:30 at night while I was in bed. He said he didn't know the room was occupied. About 20 minutes later, a different staff member knocked and demanded I come down to the front desk and re-check in saying they had a mistake in their computer. At nearly midnight, I had to get dressed and go back downstairs to the lobby and check in all over again. Also, the room had dirty bed sheets and the fridge had not been cleaned out and had leftover...
