“The property was dirty, the surfaces were covered in dust, the floor had not been cleaned in a while. We found a huge bag of dirty laundry, plus a dirty jumper in the closet. The spare bed linen was dirty. The duvets on the beds had old stains. All that was done before we checked in was make the two beds. The sofa was called a sofa bed despite the fact that it does not turn into a bed. Which is really misleading. The property managers did not bother to come and see the state of the property when...
