“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

There is a very nice spa built together with the hotel. When we arrived, we asked if we could use it, and they...

“Great location Modern rooms. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Great bar/restaurant. HVAC a bit noisy for some but earplugs at bedside. Recommend ear loops.”

“Beau séjour.”
