“Great view and fairly comfortable beds, very friendly staff. However, food choices are limited due to location— you’re stuck with either hamburgers in the lounge (which were okay, not great), to the expensive Metate Room Restaurant— where they serve wilted salads and lukewarm hot dishes and take forever to serve it. Staff are friendly but seem powerless. The Lodging facilities could definitely do with updating, especially the plumbing! This place used to be so special— but I doubt I will go...

“We stayed in the handicapped room. Would have been nice if the A/C didn't sound like a jackhammer. only saving grace was that at 8000 feet we were able to turn it off and leave the windows open. we left at 4am.”

“Breakfast was below par for a hotel breakfast, the stairs were falling apart and both pools were broken and didn’t even have water in them. Room was clean and was fine for the night but overall not great”

“This place ticks a lot of boxes - friendly staff, good location, and spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. Plentiful outlets and nice views towards the mountains. However, the towels are awful (as are all new Hampton Inn towels) and the water pressure laughable. Too bad, considering how close this place was to getting a full five stars. ”

“Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!”
