The place continues to be so inviting, clean, and comfortable and has the most relaxing views that I look forward to every year. We have more than enough space to spread out, and to gather by the fire table each evening on the deck. “My friend and I stayed here for a week while exploring the area. We loved the atmosphere and unique layout, with the river in the back and the lovely patio area separated from the kitchen by a cool garage door. The hosts provided every kitchen convenience to cook our own meals and even a few extra treats. We would definitely stay again!”

“View from inside the cabin was amazing. We had a few hiccups, we were unaware there was absolutely no cell service at the cabin so we couldn’t get into the cabin. However the owner has a ring camera and we were able to get right in. So just be more prepared than us and have the check in process screen shot. Once in and on their Wi-Fi you’ll be good to go! They gave great recommendations for things to do and were quick to answer any questions.”

“After 3 days of hiking and camping in the heat of Arches and Canyonlands, this was a perfect oasis to escape to for a few days! The home is so cozy and clean, and the property is beautiful. Our girls loved paddleboarding on the small pond, and it is very convenient to Mesa Verde and many other southwestern Colorado attractions. Will recommend this to anyone who is headed that way!”

“The view from the deck of the mountains was so beautiful. We saw deer, wild turkey, fox, chipmunks, ground squirrels and loads of birds.The house was well stocked in the kitchen and laid out perfectly for us.”

“This placed is perfectly set in the middle of downtown Durango. You can walk everywhere. The size of the condo was great for the short weekend we stayed. The negative part was that we could hear our upstairs neighbor at all times. But other than that we had a great time. ”
