“Good a/c”

“The room was clean and well decorated. The bed was amazingly comfortable as were the pillows. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the TV to work, but the manager came to the room with new batteries for the remote. Although the new batteries did not help, I thought she was very kind to try to help. The WiFi was iffy as well. All in all, I found the staff welcoming and thoughtful.”

“The room that I was issued was TERRIBLE - the bathroom was so terribly dirty I was concerned about using it - the toilet had a crusty ring at the water line - this was not due to age it was due to lack of cleaning - my room was actually missing the second bed, but did have two headboards - if I would have been with my spouse we would have moved on and left our payment behind - the room actually gave me a terrible feeling with a missing bed and lack of maintenance and a closed musty smell. Never...
