“Family friendly, clean rooms and everything was comfortable, except housekeeping. I stayed here for a week but there was no trash/Bin change or bedsheet change for whole week. suggesting that housekeeping be included at least every 2 days.Thank you.”

“Perfect location and room for our family at a fantastic price point. Big comfy beds and TV. Separate room for kids. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Chelsea in particular helped us get back into our room having been locked out after hours. Walls, carpets need a refresh and shower head needs replacing as it comes out in 2 or 3 thin high pressure jets. But as mentioned, not too much to complain about given the location and price.”

“Off grid cabin / eco tiny home in a scenic area in the hills above Hahndorf. The property had 8 cabins which were really well spaced out giving a feeling of privacy and the area had many birds and kangaroos. Well laid out cabin with thoughtful additions from the host such as kindle/firefighter and matches for the koonara. A lovely stay, highly recommend.”

“Beuat and comfy room. Very narrow check times. Poor WiFi. Wobbly hot/cold water, probably installed by Mr. Bean himself. Brekkie to be self cooked. 150ml milk with amazing granola, bring more milk with you. Stale bread. Eggs and bacon cook yourself, if you find the power switch to the stovetop, it is well concealed. Lack of power outlets. ”

“It wasn't very clean( table, bences, ) and not very accurate. It says kitchen but there is nowhere to cook (only microwave) so its not a kitchen. Also no sink ,we had to wash everything in the toilet”

“I wish I could’ve stayed an extra night! The CABN was so cute! I followed a previous travelers advice and brought my own bath mat as the water from the shower goes everywhere and no one likes cold feet! Unfortunately there was no salt available as stated, so it’s lucky we had brought our own otherwise it would be annoying to drive back to town. “Maccy's cottage is a quaint little cottage, beautifully hand crafted and built, in the gorgeous Adelaide Hills. It is a completely unique property with open fire-place and kangaroos visiting us at the back door. Full of rustic charm, but with all the modern conveniences, and luxurious furnishings to make it comfortable and cosy. The owner was wonderful, and made sure we had a lovely stay. We were even provided Gluten Free bread to accommodate my husband. We can highly recommend Maccy's Cottage.”
