"We booked and prepaid five nights but checked out after one night (30 to 31 December) because the room did not meet basic expectations. The room was generally unclean and poorly maintained. The AC did not work properly and made unusually loud noises at night. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, a cracked and stained sink, damaged taps, and at times there was no running water. The toilet cistern was leaking and made loud continuous noise. The curtain did not fully cover the glass door facing the external walkway, reducing privacy. Sound insulation was very poor and the floor and structure vibrated noticeably when people walked outside. "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it did not live up to the expectations set by its 5-star rating, especially considering the price. For instance, the directions from reception to the restaurant, that was located in a separate building, was vague. Additionally, the reception mistakenly booked the airport shuttle for the wrong day, but the issue was promptly resolved at the front desk. The breakfast options were also limited for vegetarians, with most choices being meat-based. The overall experience and stay were pleasant but it fell short of what one would expect from a hotel of this category."
