"The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it did not live up to the expectations set by its 5-star rating, especially considering the price. For instance, the directions from reception to the restaurant, that was located in a separate building, was vague. Additionally, the reception mistakenly booked the airport shuttle for the wrong day, but the issue was promptly resolved at the front desk. The breakfast options were also limited for vegetarians, with most choices being meat-based. The overall experience and stay were pleasant but it fell short of what one would expect from a hotel of this category."

"Bahia Mar is a small little paradise! Everyone in the staff is so friendly and service minded and want you to have the most pleasant stay. We spent our last week of our honeymoon and we don’t regret a single second. Well organized, great food and drinks and the location is perfect by the beach. "
