“First time we stayed at this hotel and in Hakone. It was such and experience! The food at the bufé is nothing I've tasted or seen before. It was so cozy with the big room. The onsen in the room looked small at first but its very big. If we come back we will OFC stay at this hotel!!!”

“Väldigt fint mottagande.”

“Amazing and so beautiful hotel. Our room was gorgeous! The staff very friendly. The Onsen was so nice and calm. The meal was excellent. The only thing we regret is not staying there more than one night.”

“The staff was very nice and helpful and the place was beautiful. Would recommend buying mosquito repellent in advance as the outside was swarming”

“Clean and spacious room, with amazing view of the ocean and fireworks! The buffet offers lots of choices, and they offer many complimentary drinks and snacks after hot spring.”

“Beautiful location in Hakone with walking distance to Hakone open air museum and chisuji fall, great food with option for kids. Hotel room with private onsen incredibly beautiful. ”

“Fint hotell i vacker miljö!”

“The room was smelly, the view was better in pics, the train station was loud, and the food was really nothing to write home about. Hotel front desk was also not responsive to emails. The public spa was a positive experience though.”

“Wonderful service Prívate SPA Fantastic breakfast”
