“The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

“Perfect home for a small family vacation…or in my case a vacation to watch my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house is absolutely as described, the rooms immaculate, with attention to detail…and if you are looking for r & r the location is ideal. I enjoyed sitting out on the farmers porch, watching deer meander on by during the afternoon, and with a glass of wine under the stars at night. There are not shops and restaurants right nearby, but a less than 25 min drive brings you to...

“Everything was so awesome!!!! They had everything you need and more. It sits on acres of property with trails to hike. We have seen more deer here than I think we have seen in our lives together. They had trails, a large deck you could sit on to watch for deer and views that were so magnificent. The house was beautiful inside as well.
