“I’ve taken my family on many trips and stayed in many rental properties. This place was something my wife and two children will never forget. The cabin is exactly as described, extremely clean and spacious with a wonderful outdoor layout. What is different about this property is the way it makes you feel. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! “We had 7 families with 15 siblings. Plenty of space! Love the patios and pool! Definitely worth the money! It’s seriously close to CDP. Maybe 6 minutes max! Matthew was great and easy to get ahold of. Lovely view from the front porch.”

“Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”

“We booked because our grandson was playing in Cooperstown All Star Village!!! Go Currituck Thunder for winning the monster bracket championship!! The drive back and forth to field wasn’t bad at all!! It was nice coming back in the evenings and feeling like you’re at home. House stocked nicely and host were awesome!! Let us in early and responded very quickly with any questions I had!! Thank you for sharing your home with us on such a special special week of baseball!!”

“This was the best stay. It is a charming, clean and comfortable lil apartment with everything I needed. I was so happy to be able to walk to the restaurants, shops and HOF. The host is communicative and also generous. They are even mailing a lil something I left behind. ”

“Plenty of room for multiple families. Very convenient location for All Star Village, about 5 minutes away. Great outdoor environment. Interior could use some upgrading, limited TVs and functionality. Overall great place and would recommend.”

“This place was on point for 7 different families to stay for a few days, while our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The lake access was so much fun for us parents to wind down after long hot days at the park. Highly recommend if you are close with some of the families on your team. ”

“This property was perfect for our family of 6 coming in town to visit family for the 4th of July. Just a few minutes from the grocery story and nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was a great bonus and well maintained. Definitely recommend! Our hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with!”

“Property was just as described and perfectly located to visit the Baseball HOF. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were super comfortable. Plenty of outdoor space for kids. Quiet back porch to enjoy morning coffee. Host was very responsive to questions and lovely to work with. On our last day we opted to take the kids to Howe Caverns which is a bit of a drive, but the best caverns I have ever visited. Great stay!”
