“Location great but for the price the standard of the room was really poor. I travel a lot and compared to other rooms this was one of the worst. The AC sounded like it was 50 years old”

“Perfect all the way”

“Hotellet ser nedgånget ut utanpå. Men är riktigt fint inuti! Poolen var inte fräsch, många gäster badade samtidigt och vattnet såg smutsigt ut. Bland annat hade en gäst tappat en Pina Colada i poolen som svalpade och löddrade sig i ett hörn. ”

“Nice place. Big room. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Had lunch on the porch. ”

“Trevlig personal, rent och mysigt rum med härlig utsikt! Bubbelpoolen och fire pit ett extra plus!”

“We had a lovely stay. Nice room. Comfortable bed.”

“Nice amenities”

“Mixed feelings, nice hotel but it felt like it was just opened with now staff that newer works in the hotel business before, cleaning service was horrible, they came at 6PM in the middle of getting ready for this nights dinner and you had to use to old towels getting ready. Asked for earlier cleaning after first night but it was the same day after… kids wanted pool so we chose this hotel, but the water was 65 degrees in mid June= no heated pool… after all the charge premium price but the do not...

“Smell of chemicals in room.”

“Es un hotel cómodo aunque creo q costoso para lo que ofrece”

The volume continued until I finally left abruptly as 7 am Very unpleasant! And Unfortunately in my haste to leave quickly I left behind the pillow I brought from home. Less the 24 hrs after I left I called the hotel to see if I could get my pillow. I was told the cleaning staff did not come in...

“This is a great property for the price range. The staff was very helpful and accommodated our request for a small additional fee, which was a huge help in allowing us to freshen up after the Newport Marathon. The cleanliness of the property was on par with Hilton and Marriott standards. Highly recommended!”

“I have no idea how the room was because they wouldn’t let us in it even though we paid for it until check out. I understand that we paid through a booking site rather than directly with them but if I notified them that I would arrive after staff left for the the night and not sure how late, I’m not sure how it is okay for them to mark us as a NO SHOW when we showed up extremely late but DID show up before check out. We ran into an emergency and were relying on the 2 hours we had left to take...

“It was very clean and quiet. I liked the items provided that I always forget at home, toothbrush, razer, and shower cap.”
