“The pillow cases on the pillows did not look clean. It appears a guest must have checked out before I was allocated the room and housekeeping did not bother to change them. They looked worn out and very used. Same with the towels. They looked overused. There was dust on a side table attached to a standing floor light in the room”

“Rena rum, vänlig personal, rent och städat, trevligt poolområde. Probel med wifi beroende på återkommande strömavbrott men det beror inte på hotellet, det förkommer över hela Nigeria - ständigt...Läget är bra, ganska nära flygplatsen.”

“We loved Protea Hotel and it's staff. The manager was excellent, he really went out of his way to make us comfortable. We even were able to keep the room until 4 PM the day we checked out. Very friendly, service minded and attentive staff. We will definately come back to Protea Hotel when in Lagos!”

10/10 Utmärkt
This is a very good, even an exclusive hotel in Europena standard. Just one thing I didn't approved. The bed was extremly hard. My back got very soure from sleeping in the bed. The reason for this was that the bed lacked the Overlay mattress. All beds in the hotel was according to the staff like this. With the missing overlay mattress would the bed probably be perfect. Great bathroom. Professional staff, clean and neat. A perfect hotel I will recommend for anyone going to Benin City. I will...
