“We had a wonderful time at Treasures of Andros. From the moment we arrived, Mario was incredibly welcoming — he met us personally, gave us a tour of the cottage, and was very responsive when we needed a light for the gas stove one day. “The property is well-maintained and easy to find. It gets fantastic sea breezes, which keep the cottage feeling fresh and cool throughout the day. Both bedrooms have heat pumps, which made for comfortable sleeping even on warmer nights.The beach right outside is beautiful, and once the stairs and seawall are repaired, access will be even better. “The space and bed are clean, comfy, and darling...but the view and the yard and the beach and the turquoise water and the point are sooooo beautiful! Access to bikes and kayaks and snorkeling ear included is great. Zona and his wife Bernadette, property managers, so helpful and knowledgable and kind. Local Bahamian people were welcoming and wonderful. It is definitely off the beaten path, but if you are down for that (i.e. no Starbucks, etc), it's a magical spot!”
