“This is an amazingly beautiful place. You can see the ocean from the bedroom, and when the weather is clear Maui too. There are so many stars on clear nights, and we saw several rainbows. The whole property is basically a tropical garden, with little paths through the woods and citrus and avocado trees, which guests are welcome to enjoy as much as they want. “We stayed in a suite in the palace tower. There was unsupervised construction happening on our floor for the last 3 days. It was load and completely unsafe. We were traveling with our kids and they left out chain saws, nails everywhere, hammers and tools with no workers actually there. There was no warning signs, the front office didn’t let us know there would be construction, and when I told the front office manager he had no clue about it. “Great resort, clean and fresh! But breakfast price is unreasonably expensive (buffet is 36dollar + 25% tip) and its all about tipping for minimal service on this resort. Staff wants pouring coffe for you during breakfast, but they dont feel to served a coffee next to the pool even if its on the pool bar menu (it was to much work). ”
