“Great value for this property. Room and public area was clean and the person checking me in was very helpful. The filtered water machine on every floor was great as well. My only complaint was that I was leaving late in the afternoon to go to the airport, but had to check out of my room prior so had several hours to kill at the hotel; and they could not provide me a general key that allowed access to the pool or gym while I waited to go to the airport. Other than that, everything was great.”

“Great experience at the hotel itself. Poor experience with Expedia. Got the complete runaround when trying to cancel one of three rooms. Bought insurance to prevent exactly this and got no where. Won’t book through them again.”

“Stayed one night and regretted it. The room was in poor condition from the moment we walked in, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathtub was dirty and failed to drain properly, making it you stand in dirty bath/shower water. It felt like a cosmetic refresh had been done to mask deeper neglect rather than actually addressing the problems. The pool situation was somehow worse. It was packed well beyond what felt safe or comfortable, and there were children running unsupervised...

“Never replaced towels daily. Doesn’t offer toothbrush or toothpaste.Rooms are dingy and old. Breakfast is ok. Pool facilities are ok. Management is nonchalant but one desk attendant was really nice . A young black guy. Would never stay at this hotel again. Only booked because of the shuttle bus to the hospital. Don’t book because if the price . Spend that extra $20 and go somewhere better. Thank me later”

“The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent.”

“Location is nice and has a lovely walking trail close by, both panera and bww within walking distance. We got a huge room with a kitchen and a nice comfortable bed. Staff at check in was very friendly and had a lot of great tips for our trip. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, would have preferred more healthy options like fruit, granola and yoghurt. ”

“Coming to visit the Mayo Clinic was a difficult journey, yet every single employee we had contact with was amazing! We felt well cared for and our every need was met! The breakfast was wonderful each day; the front desk folks were always helpful and thoughtful. We greatly appreciated the rides to various parts of Mayo whenever we needed to be there. We will definitely return.”
