“This property is a true gem! My husband and I stayed while we were at the Mayo Clinic for a few days. We found the property to be very clean and well thought out. The beds were very comfortable. The towels and linens were nice and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We were both very impressed with the little details the host had provided. The property is as advertised. We will definitely chose this property again when in Rochester!”

“My family and I came to Rochester for my son’s first round of follow-up appointments and scans after having surgery for his cancer. We were able to easily walk to all of his appointments at the Mayo Clinic buildings. Your home provided a home away from home for us during this anxious time. “It would have been nice to get a heads up about mowing the lawn and having all the grass swept off of the sidewalk so we weren't walking through it and put it into the car or the house. TV remote was not in there The remote that was there did not go to that TV so we could not hook up our computer. The extras were nice. Surprisingly the two air conditioners kept the house cooled off. Not a bad place to stay would consider staying again.”

“The house and area are great. I want to preface this by saying that I could have thought about this before reserving. This is no-way anything on the place itself. We went to Mayo to have a surgery, and property has several sets of stairs that proved to be challenging for the days after surgery. Again, this was an oversight on my side. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Everything else was perfect. ”

“The house was clean and I felt very safe staying there. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals so we didn’t need to eat out. The water pressure in the shower was great, plenty of hot water too. Location was perfect, within a mile of Mayo Clinic and an easy walk. Minimal noise from the unit upstairs. Owners were easy to get ahold of. We would definitely stay there again. ”

We couldn't find the hot tub,but it was all good. We didn't spend much time at the house, except for sleeping & watching tv in the evening. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”
