“So from what I was told, you want to make sure to get a room in the number 2 tower. We were in building 4 and it felt crammed and outdated. The room was hot and smelled badly of sweat/water damage? Honestly, I have no clue what the smell was but it wasn’t pleasant😑 The one positive thing I have to say about my experience is that we were located right next to the water park and my kids loved that! “The staff, breakfast, and pool are always great. This was our second time staying at this hotel for a Disneyland visit. We get the family suite which gives the kids their own room, TV and bunk beds. The one thing that was different this time is that the parking garage and elevators had a strong sewage smell. “Room was clean and nice, property felt safe. I would recommend, the walls are pretty thin and some other guests are noisy but Distance is good from Disney and exactly what we needed. We didn’t expect hot breakfast but it was a perfect start to our day! ”

“Despite saying nothing about this anywhere on their page of during the booking process. This hotel took a $300 dollar deposit. Which we were told upon arrival. We were then told by a very rude night shift worker that this is done everywhere in every hotel. Which is just not true. We stayed at another hotel 15 minutes away which was the same exact chain and they only had $50 dollars and everything was WAAAY better.
Will not be going back. Also the standard was kind of meh…”
