“Was there only a day coming from a liveaboard trip so did not have chance to explore the entire property but the experience with the staff was superb. Extremely friendly and helpful from before earl checkin where we could leave baggage to getting a car for us and checkout later that night and delivery to the airport. You can ask them to make dinner too, they arrange transport to downtown area or trips around the island. You can rent kayaks and launch it front of the house, where you can also go snorkeling. “I liked the size of the facility (not too big or small) and the staff was very welcoming and friendly! Rooms were very spacious and beds were extra large and comfortable. It was close to the main areas so very convenient. Breakfast included and also had a good selection. Nice that they provide drinking water and ice daily, towels and umbrellas too. I would go back and stay there again! ”

“I had booked a room for a engineer and due to flight delays he arrived 4 days later than planned. The hotelstaff did not hesitate changing the stay to meet the flights even if the booking was done without possibility of refund. My engineer have stayed here once last year and we did not hesitate to select this hotel for this visiit and we will for sure book rooms here next time we have business in Palau.”
