“Nice hotel especially the grounds”

“Was there only a day coming from a liveaboard trip so did not have chance to explore the entire property but the experience with the staff was superb. Extremely friendly and helpful from before earl checkin where we could leave baggage to getting a car for us and checkout later that night and delivery to the airport. The property needs an overhaul but the room was very comfortable. There are multiple opportunities for water relaxation but the pools need to be maintained better. I would stay...

“I had booked a room for a engineer and due to flight delays he arrived 4 days later than planned. The hotelstaff did not hesitate changing the stay to meet the flights even if the booking was done without possibility of refund. My engineer have stayed here once last year and we did not hesitate to select this hotel for this visiit and we will for sure book rooms here next time we have business in Palau.”
