“The reception were very friendly and helpful. I made a last min request via email past midnight and wasn't expecting the staff to check the mail in time since I'm checking in on the same day, few hours later but they did, very much appreciated. Very good service, clean rooms, living up to the Hilton standard. ”

“We spent wonderful 2 days/ 3 nights in the ocean villa that had steps directly into the sea. The resort is a little dated but makes up for it in comforts (the room and bathroom are very big and comfortable) and the beautiful surroundings (snorkeling directly off the villa’s deck in crystal clear water with lots of fish and coral), watching sunset from the deck. The restaurant serves very tasty meals and the breakfast is wonderful. Service very nice and helpful. I would like to see more...

“We stayed for one week and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast included was worth the extra fee. 24/7 Gym and laundry services available. Infinity pool was relaxing and has a great view of sea. Citadines is a popular meet up spot. We went on two tours and they picked us up right outside our hotel. There is a restaurant, massage spa, burger king, cafe and lemon tea shop in the same building.”

“Overall a good stay. It is a big resort but not much people on the beach, so it is very nice to hang there and tonhave a nice beach by yourself :) Different restaurants so you don’t get fed up with same food every day. I booked a diving trip through the hotel, got ripped off. The dive should cost 440 ringgit but the sales rep said it was 550 ringgit. It is almost double the price if you book through the hotel then to dot it on your own. ”

“Excellent service and the room was nice. Quick massage and welcome drink when we arrived gave a luxuary feeling. We didn't have time to check out the area or try the included breakfast, so can't comment on that. The bed was a bit on the firm side. ”

“Otroligt långsam checkin. Hade inte två rum på samma våning trots att vi bokat två rum i samma bokning flera månader före resan. De fixade det sen, men vi fick vänta. Renovering pågår (januari 2019), dammigt och låter mycket.”

“Great place to stay, staff very helpful and lots of amenities”

“Mycket fräscht hotell nära båtterminalen. Bra läge när man vill ta sig ut till öarna, bara att korsa gatan och man är där. Vårt rum kändes lyxigt med två sovrum och två separata wc m dusch. Trevligt pentry. Frukosten var riklig men med betoning på asiatisk mat. Fin pool på taket.”
