“The room was clean, the bed was comfy, we had a great time in the pool. And the staff was super nice from checkin to checkout. The guy that checked us in ttook the extra step to let us know if we needed anything how late he would be there while assuring us there is always someone there to help with anything if needed. I liked that. It put me at ease. ”

“Room was in absolutely awful condition. Horrible dark decor and poor lighting hiding a myriad of maintenance issues and poor cleanliness. Some kind of broken glass in the carpet. Bathroom was dirty and had all kinds of strange overpainting on tile to hide mouldy grouts Cancelled checkin within 10 minutes, asked for my money back and walked away. ”
