“We would rate the hotel higher except for three issues: the WiFi was very unreliable, the bed was hard and lumpy, the room was right next to the outdoor exit (so lots of loud banging doors while trying to sleep).”

“Very old lodge with a lot of history. Rooms nicer than expected, renovated, clean, and surprisingly thick walls, couldn’t hear a neighbor. Comfortable bed, gorgeous views, very peaceful. The family is doing a very good job bringing this property back to life.”

“Room was in absolutely awful condition. Horrible dark decor and poor lighting hiding a myriad of maintenance issues and poor cleanliness. Some kind of broken glass in the carpet. Bathroom was dirty and had all kinds of strange overpainting on tile to hide mouldy grouts Cancelled checkin within 10 minutes, asked for my money back and walked away. ”

“Beautiful spot, if you’re new to camping or have kids/dogs this is the place. The location was secluded and definitely has that up north feel. Great for getting out in nature and close to other things to do outside.”

“Beautiful place our family and friends loved and the hospitality was like no other!! We had a barbecue on our first night and it was a awesome patio with a huge Blackstone that we grilled our steaks and Brats on they had everything we needed to feed our group!! They also had a bonfire pit that my husband was excited to light up it was so cozy!! Thanks Paul and Deb for everything we really enjoyed it and would recommend this beautiful getaway to everyone!!”

“We had a great time just relaxing for a long weekend. Being able to bring the pups was so nice as well! They enjoyed themselves too :) I loved having the propane fire in the porch area as it was snowing and raining all weekend. Had all the amenities we needed, I even brought my Keurig because I wasn't sure if there was going to be one and there was! Will be back again!!”
