“The staff was very courteous. The hotel needs a remodel ie the elevator trimming missing, room shows a lot of wear. Staff had a schedule problem having no hot breakfasts one morning. Location was fine with about 30 minute city drive to the Capital area.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience due to the condition of the hotel. The AC was not working properly, and the room smelled like there had been ongoing water leakage or moisture issues. The beds were also very uncomfortable and felt as if you would roll toward the middle. That being said, the hotel staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The manager was also kind enough to reimburse 2 of our 4 nights, which we truly appreciated. I just wish Hilton would...

“Hotel may look like a million dollars but the rooms are like a motel. Loose security hinge, loose toilet paper dispenser... Shower hear full of rust and scum. No one shows up for a breakfast you have to pay $16 per person. Staff never informed me on any services. Housekeepers were nice. Room was big enough for 1 person.”

“Roaches in my room. Overall, the facility is decrepit. No working gym. Elevator button held together with tape. The carpets are in bad need of replacement. Another guest said that it was the worse hotel they have ever stayed in. Extensive renovations are required.”
