“Outdated rooms with damaged furniture. Black mold in the tub/shower. Asked for a corkscrew, they didn’t have any. Went for Continental breakfast and coffee machine was broken. And, apparently, no other way to make coffee at a conference hotel? Front desk staff constantly on their phones. Asked for an early room clean as I had morning appts. Came back at noon: wasn’t cleaned. Ask if they could sent someone up. They said yes. Nobody came for another hour. On the up side, the bed was comfortable...

“My room was big but worn but I know renovations are coming ”

“The room was very nice. Used the pool once, nice to have as I had some time to pass and it was hot. Restaurant onsite site also a plus, since really nothing walkable. Had a “ fantastic “ pizza. Very hard to pickup internet signal, otherwise would stay again if needed and would recommend since so close to airport with shuttle.”

“The hotel is the best option in Little Rock, but it’s not fantastic as far as Marriott’s go. The restaurant food is average, and the menu is pretty small. No problems with the cleanliness of the room but the building is showing its age. The tub drain drained very slowly so water backed up during a shower. The desk staff was nice and helpful, but the ancillary staff were pretty disinterested in doing much to help with anything. Stopped at the Starbucks and they were out of everything. Tried to...

“The staff is very rude.when you ask for clean towels they say they don’t have any.no pillowcases for the bed.had to buy my own from family dollars.ask the manager to clarify an error with my request and she said she off and it’s nothing to discuss.i told her she was rude and requested the manager over her.She said he is in India”

“Our daughter and her husband were put in a room where the AC wasn’t working. Staff was incredibly unhelpful and even rude. She just had surgery and desperately needed her sleep and this issue went on and on and was not resolved until 1:30 am. Also, of note, this hotel looks nice on Expedia, but is in a very sketchy neighborhood. Buildings next door with broken glass and curtains hanging out. 0/10 do not recommend.”

“Property was clean enough but detected smell of pets. I should have noticed it was pet friendly when booking but knew it when I walked in front door. Not bad but there. Otherwise nice place.”
