“Everything was great, check-in went smoothly, staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Only issue was the Bodywash dispenser in the shower was empty, but I brought backup just incase. Overall Personal Score 9/10!!!”

“Great location in a quiet neighborhood that was close to many areas of interest.We attended the Jour de Fete festival in St. Genevieve—hopping on Highway 61 at the bottom of the hill had us there in 10 minutes. One of the bathrooms had two sets of grab bars in the step-thru tub access shower. It would be perfect for anyone with mild balance/stability concerns.Beds were comfortable and vintage decor very 60s. Bathrooms and bedrooms very clean. Kitchen could use additional cleaning of wall tile...

“This property worked very well for our family. The Castle was close enough to the wedding venue and far enough to be away from it all. The fishing was great for the kids, we definitely spent more time outside having fun rather than watching screens. Wifi and internet worked great, but this location is a great place to disconnect unwind and enjoy. ”

“I recommend this motel as it is in St. Genevieve making it the primary motel option. It is clean, nice, safe. Could add a little something to the continental breakfast, like breakfast burritos but that is a quibble...McD's is only five minutes away. If you are there to see Ste. Genevieve, or Fort DesChartres, it is a great value stay!”

“The motel is in pretty rough shape. It was sufficient for sleeping and not much else. Burn holes is old table chairs and table was chipped and stained with paint. Hot water in sink didnt work.”

“The house was very cute. We loved the history of it and of the whole town. We were able to easily walk to all the restaurants, shops and museums.Jayne responded quickly to any messages we sent.A great place for a little Missouri history.”

“The cabin was great! Had a long Dad/Daughter weekend, it was a perfect place to relax, unwind and spend time together. For me the rustic feel felt very much like home. Communication with the host was great. I would love to go back.”
