“Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal som verkade trivas med sitt jobb. Bra frukost med yoghurt, fruktsallad, jättegott mörkt bröd, olika varianter av löst te och kaffe som espresso el cappuccino. Äggröra, korv och barnvänliga alternativ också. Hann inte se så mycket av området då vi endast var på genomresa. Men fräscht hotell, rent och bra städat. Prisvärt!”

“After a warm welcome and really full service help concerning an early train ride the following morning I got upgraded to a suite. Everything was in excellent condition and the staff attentive and professional. The breakfast was a dream and all egg dishes made to order, served on a hot plate. Included in the breakfast price. The machine making fresh orangejuice have to be my personal favorite. ”

“Modern hotel that lived up to my expectations. The room was a good size. Nice beds. Bathroom was good. The carpet could use a deep clean. The breakfast was good, I did miss lactose or diary free yoghurt options though. The staff was really friendly and service minded! The surrounding area was okay. There is a pretty nice park close by, and an U-bahn station that takes you to the main station in less than an a minute. On the negative side the area around the U-bahn is a bit sketchy after dark...

“I only had a short stay at this hotel as my flight from Düsseldorf Airport was early in the morning, but very happy overall. The staff working the night shift was very friendly and professional, and I felt very welcome even kn the late hours of the night. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a surpisingly good sleep despite the very short stay. Would stay here again if the oppurtunity comes.”

“Next door to the central train station. A few minutes of walking from the main restaurant area of the neighborhood. Reasonably priced but I would double check the cleaning of the room, nothing major but I would take a closer inspection.”

“One step above a Hostel! Staff was kind and efficient. Room size was good. When we arrived it was late at night and hard to find. The room itself did not have any furniture other than a bed, two side cubies, minimal desk (we used for a dresser) and a closet with 5 coat hangers. The balcony was quite different, not really a balcony, it was small and held a table and 2 chairs that we took the chairs inside. We will come back and stay there if we come back to Dusseldorf. ”

"It was a long wait for the check-in and the young lady doing it did most of the things wrong. No one even asked to help with the luggage despite the fact that there was a staircase to the room and I had a big suitcase. The room looked dated, had a view over the fans on the yard and most of the lamps were unplugged and I had to crawl on the floor to put them in. The lock did not work so housekeeping and other staff came in 5 times when trying to dress. Next time, I will select another hotel in Düsseldorf. This was a sad experience."
