“We had a great stay at Conestoga Ranch, and the wagons themselves were comfortable. We visited over the busiest weekend of July 4th, and that’s where some things fell short. We asked to move to a wagon closer to the bathrooms since we have small children. The switch didn’t go through, and we were left waiting with all our belongings on the floor while the front desk tried to coordinate it. A little more organization would have made a big difference that weekend. The restaurant food was...

“Diane was the one who went out of her way to make sure that I got processed into my room. Make sure I have all the information and went out out of her way when I needed one more night to make sure that I could stay in the same room. “The cabin was very nice and spacious. The kitchen had a microwave and refrigerator/freezer. The beds were comfortable and when we needed to get a hold of staff last minute they were very helpful.”

“Our room was very spacious and clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and gave us good directions for things to do while there in Garden City. The hot tub was also fantastic. Thanks for a fantastic weekend. We will definitely be back.”

“Very dirty, difficult to get ahold of, confusing property description, different number of beds than advertised. We checked out a day early, didn't want to be there.”

“The room was clean, however, soon filled with insects as there was no sweep at the bottom of the door to the outside. There was no shower curtain, and the tub did not drain well. About 4” of water left standing in the tub after showering. When these issues were reported to the host, the tub was drained for one day.”

“The AC was not working. I had a very hard time sleeping.”

“The Good:Overall we had a wonderful time. The play room was incredible and the kids had a lot of enjoyment. There was definitely enough space for all of us. The double ovens, sinks, microwaves, and dishwashers were awesome. We had tons of space for everyone to sit at a table. The large garage and extra fridge were also great. The view absolutely could not be beat. The Less Good:The house had a lot of rules that we haven't experienced in other rentals. They wanted quite a bit of cleaning done...

“Great host, great property. Perfect for our group. Kickin’ air conditioning. 10 mins from Rendezvous Beach.”

“Adam, our host, was great in helping us check in. We were close to Bear Lake, but not in the chaos of all the people. Beautiful evening sky and very quiet. We spent a weekend hiking and it was nice to come to a relaxing clean place and stay the night and get a hot shower.”

“I have been going to Bear Lake for at least 20 years. I have gone a different route in booking - it was usually an ok to good. With you guys it was awesome - questions were answered and the booking went really well, I will definitely book through you next year. The room was clean, and the staff was kind. And you can’t forget the raspberry shake - I appreciate you very much - thank you!!!”

“It provided a great base location for a large family reunion. Individual bathrooms for married couples were well received. It is close to other venues.”

“It's difficult to shower everyone, wash the towels through a cycle and get then into the dryer by the checkout time.”

“We stayed here on the last night of a week-long trip with our family of five. After growing tired of staying in hotels, we found renting a house to be a very relaxing experience. We were also weary of eating out, but thanks to a good supermarket nearby, we were able to buy groceries and enjoy meals at home.”
