“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“First time staying here. It's roughly 8 km from downtown (old port), but factor in traffic and it takes about 30 minutes to get there (depending on the day/time, of course). The property itself gives off motel vibes. Hallways smelled as they do have some smoking rooms on site. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room (131 - Executive Suite, 1 Queen Bed, Hot Tub) was clean and relatively modern. Rain shower head wasn't in the best shape. Parking and Breakfast (7am-10am) was included. Super C...
