“Hotel is nice, staff is super friendly, breakfast is good. Be aware, if you arrive by train the hotel is far away from the train station, buses go on a regular basis from the shoppingcenter nearby but they stop service rather early in the evening wich means you need a cab to get there. ”

“Lovely staff, very helpful . Our room was very nice, but a little bit tired and old-fashioned . That was a tear in one of the curtains and the French window onto the garden didn’t engage down at the bottom thus not locking properly alsowe had a lightbulb out on the wall lights behind the bed. Nothing to spoil the visit. It was taken on board at reception when we mentioned it on our departure. Also have to comment that one of our breakfast was not good for £20 per person. “I was surprised at how clean and spacious this apartment was especially at what we paid for it for 1 night. It had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The room was so hot but the weather was 28degrees outside and so we walked in to 2 fans already blowing in the room. The apartment was exactly the same as the photos used. Thanks. Would recommend or stay myself again in the future.”

“Trevligt hotell med skandinavisk känsla. Tre stjärnor enligt svensk standard skulle jag tro! Fint rum. Något dåligt tryck i kranarna, men inget problem. Helt okej frukostbuffé, dock lite dåligt med brödsorter, men är nog anpassad för engelsk standard. Superbra hotell om man vill åka till Harry Potter studios! Endast 2 min promenad till bussen samt lika nära till tågstationen som tar dig till London på 25 minuter.”

“A pleasant stay in a lovely big room. Very clean in room and comfortable. The communual are looked tatty, particularly the brown carpet which needs replacing. Breakfast was ok but a bit cold.”

“The Hotel's location is very good. However, it is busy and can be loud at times. The check-in was a bit hard, as there is not really a front desk, as customers are required to self check in. Was unable to check in early as requested, however, staff locked up our bags. Upon returning twas unable to self checkin in. There is a buzzer, which "may" get staff to come to desk. However, I rang it and end up waiting, for awhile before staff attended. I explained, I was unable to self check in. ...
