“By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We stay in hotels several times monthly and from poor service by the receptionist to having to change rooms 3 times is beyond the joke. Stains on the pillows and bed sheets, noisy room and the radiator noise all night. Its a run down hotel and lacks fire safety, waiting for a disaster to happen.”

“I had a problem with my first room. Dirty towels and an unchanged bed. It was very unpleasant. The reception dismissed it as a normal occurrence and promptly offered a new room to look at. This was clean at least. The bathroom door did stick and I was locked in, (my partner had to kick it open) so this would be most distressing is staying alone. All this said, the room rates are well below average in the area, especially for a weekend.”

“Var på besök för att titta på EM i dragkamp och valde detta hotell då de hade rum som var stort nog för att ta med vår son. Vi har sovit fantastiskt gott och rummet var stort och luftigt. Vi åt sushi på restaurangen och det var den godaste sushin vi någonsin ätit. Vi besökte även baren på hotellet och det var längesedan vi sett så skicklig och trevlig bartender. Jättegoda drinkar. Vi har inget att klaga på utan rekommenderar varmt detta hotell.”

“Fin personal. Dåligt städat, slitna rum”

“The staff at was amazing, always helpful and there to help. Will recommend this to all my friends. The location was great for booth golf and enjoy the coast.”

“Can't fault any aspect of our stay. We found service, accommodation and location to be first class.”

“Stayed here while playing some of the best golf courses on the English golf coast. Wonderful place on a quiet street. Close to pubs and town centre. Short walk to train station. Gary and Shirley made us feel like home. Nice breakfast with lots of choices. Would definitely stay there again if I come back to Southport. ”

“Lyhört mellan rummen och sliten sängmadrass.”

“I stayed at the Warwick, Southport from Friday 26th September - Monday 29th September during the British Musical Firework Championship 2025. Finding good-quality accommodation for a reasonable price during the weekend is almost impossible as establishments raise their prices as large numbers of people flock to the town for the weekend and many places selling out soon after the dates are announced. This is not my first stay, having come across The Warwick, Southport almost a year ago. ”

“Nice rooms, friendly staff and ideal location”

“The owner was there to meet me as I arrived. He clearly explained where everything was & options re: housekeeping, etc.. I just wanted to sleep, visit friends and relax, so was not too bothered re: daily housekeeping, as I wasn't at the property long enough daily to make a mess. After a couple of days, the owner asked if there was anything I wanted/needed as I had not requested anything. I said "no" as the room is stocked with more than enough towels. There is a kettle & plentiful tea and coffee...

“Convenient for town centre. Self service set up (we didn’t have any issues checking u. and the process was very clear). Room was spacious and clean. Parking was a bit tight.”
