“Smelled like mold in the room and I couldn’t open the window to air it out so I went and bought a scented candle at least that helped a little. Everything was pretty rundown and not fresh. You can hear the train really loud. Another thing that was pretty gross was that since some rooms are smoking rooms it smells of smoke in the corridor outside the rooms. ”

“Room was decorated with a very cozy mallard theme that went well with the scenery. The property was neat and well maintained and the view from the dock was breath-taking especially at night. I had a glass of wine by the fire and just listened to the bull frogs, it was the most calm and serene atmosphere. I will be back very soon!”

“Amazing property and perfect location! We had so much playing volleyball and enjoying the hot tub at night. The property is only located about 30 mins from Chattanooga, but honestly the house is so nice it's hard to even want to leave once you arrive. The host was very quick to respond to any messages we sent and was very nice and accommodating. 1000% would stay here again.”

“The house was big enough for my family of 12 to stay comfortably from age 1 to 63. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The art work is beautiful and the library has some very interesting books. The back patio that leads out to the waterfall is so peaceful and serene that we ended up spending most of our time there. The host is very responsive and nice. If you are looking for a calm, relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend this rental.”
