“Very well kept motel, with the friendliest staff. The room was nice, the bed comfortable and we had everything we needed.”

“Smelled like mold in the room and I couldn’t open the window to air it out so I went and bought a scented candle at least that helped a little. Everything was pretty rundown and not fresh. You can hear the train really loud. Another thing that was pretty gross was that since some rooms are smoking rooms it smells of smoke in the corridor outside the rooms. ”

“It was nice quiet and clean we went to Fall Creek falls and went up the incline at lookout...we really enjoyed our weekend there... we tried a few of the the recommendations from the host...most were really nice...we will go back in a few months when we have time off again...very enjoyable cabin for 2”

“The hosts and property were amazing. The pictures and description dont do this place justice. I would 100% stay here again. Everything was clean, fresh and there were even towels in the shower. 5 stars, absolutely reccomend. ”

“It was a quiet nice little getaway”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was cozy and inviting. It was furnished with everything I needed. I loved sitting on the front porch and rocking while I read. All the animals were fun to watch and the dogs were so friendly. The lake is absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this lovely place.”

“This is a great vacation getaway, the pictures don't do it justice. The views off the deck and from the hot tub are incredible. It feels very quiet and relaxing while still being near Chattanooga and hiking trails as well.”

“Room was decorated with a very cozy mallard theme that went well with the scenery. The property was neat and well maintained and the view from the dock was breath-taking especially at night. I had a glass of wine by the fire and just listened to the bull frogs, it was the most calm and serene atmosphere. I will be back very soon!”

“This property was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, well appointed and cozy. Loved the out of the city rural feel to this wooded property. Loved the quietness. No slamming doors or loud occupants like in a hotel to interrupt sleeping. Ruby, our contact person, went out of her way to accommodate us. Any need was quickly addressed from extra linens and a drip coffee maker so I could make my special coffee I wanted to bring. The snacks awaiting us when we arrived. Points on the complimentary...

“Parking was great, hot tub was so relaxing, beautiful scenery and beds were so comfortable! I accidentally spilt a drink and cleaning supplies were easy to find. I forgot a hair dryer and they had one! We had a family meal we cooked at the cabin they had all cooking supplies there for us! The kids loved the game room best but my favorite part was the Creedence Clearwater Revival record they had on the record player! Over all amazing stay and we loved it!”

“Outstanding views, waterfront, equipped with everything you need for a getaway. Conveniently located a short drive to Dunlap. Neighbor’s were very friendly, grandkids loved the paddle boats. Excellent WiFi, nicely maintained house and property. We were lucky, stayed over the July 4th weekend and the HOA puton a great fireworks show. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Tennessee. ”

“Beautiful property in a quiet wooded area. Had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The pizza in the fridge was a lifesaver for a late night meal and hot tub in the back was a nice bonus!”

“Amazing property and perfect location! We had so much playing volleyball and enjoying the hot tub at night. The property is only located about 30 mins from Chattanooga, but honestly the house is so nice it's hard to even want to leave once you arrive. The host was very quick to respond to any messages we sent and was very nice and accommodating. 1000% would stay here again.”
