The kitchen could use some updated kitchen utensils and pots/pans but it was adequate to cook a few meals. My sofa was very uncomfortable because the cushions angled down a lot, but there was an armchair that was usable. The bed was a little softer than average and comfortable. “The address is not really on your GPS. A rope blocks the actual driveway. You have to contine past yhe address, turn on the next road, go back up the road behind, and then several very sharp turns into the back driveway.The unit was nice and clean. Parking was an issue. We arrived at check in time and listened for over 3 hours while the caretaker weed eated and blew off the property. So, sitting on deck was not an option. Oh, and there's a camera watching the deck...”

“We enjoyed our stay. Nice home. Family in the area were able to come spend time playing board games with us and just hanging out catching up. Close drive to Shellmound park on the river. This would be awesome for a family with kids as the downstairs room is very cute with nice bunk beds and their own bathroom/shower. Will definitely choose again. Does have steep driveway. ”

“Two grandmothers, a daughter, and 2 granddaughters had a most excellent time. The home was clean and the beds very comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tum got excellent marks from the kids and adults. Convenient to Chattanooga and other areas. We had a great time. I do wish they had a book in the house with all the codes, directions, etc. Communication was good but woud have enjoyed planning ahead. But I would definitely visit again. It would be n excellent location for a large reunion...

“Loved this old home. The owner has done a fantastic job renovating it. The house was very clean, plenty of towels, the kitchen is well-stocked. The location is good: only about 10 min drive to downtown, aquarium and ballpark. Rock City is only 20-25 min away. The house does sit on a busy street, but it was not bothersome to us (except for some anti-muffler cars!). There is ample off-street parking so that was nice. Felt safe in this house. We would definitely stay here again! ”
