“Good stay, fresh and clean room! Check out time was a little bit too early, 10 AM and the same as the breakfast closed - too stressful.”

“We were in room 111 and upon entry to the room there was a strong odour of cigarettes. I’m sure the housekeeping staff had done as much as they could to negate this. The balcony door we could not open and this may have been important in case of a fire. A major litigation red flag however, was having to climb into the bath to take a shower especially with elderly guests. I would advise that this is a major risk that needs to be addressed for future planning. The shower water did not stay hot...
