“Sitka Hotel är ett bra hotell mitt i Sitkas historiska centrum. Liksom de flesta andra hotell i Alaska är det dock inte prisvärt. Ett plus är också restaurangen i hotellet som erbjuder frukost (som inte ingår i priset). Mycket bra också att hotellet lämnade mig gratis på flygplatsen (utbudet av annan marktransport, t ex taxi och buss verkade begränsat)”

“The bathroom door would not stay shut. The mattresses should be turned around or switched out. The mattress closest to the window in 405 in Sitka ak could be switched to a firm mattress.”

“The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. Maintenance came in made a mess in the bathroom for the guest to clean up and the breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches sold separately coffee was never available although there was a pot ”

“The radiator heat was automatically set WAY too warm for the first 5 days, then was OK. We only used the fireplace once when the radiator heat had been off too long, and it warmed things right up. There was no heat control in the room, and it's such a pain to get a msg to the host, that we didn't bother. Not happy at all that the only way to contact the host is via VRBO, and talking with an East Indian whose English is hard to understand. Probably our last stay via VRBO! The waterfront view was...

“Absolutely adorable stay here in Sitka. The space is quite big for a two bedroom. The only issue was a new building is going up right next to it and does block some of the views from inside. If you’re here tho, you’ll get all the beautiful views exploring anyways ”
