“The Golden Alaska Lodge was such a treat. We loved staying away from town, the views of Silver Bay are amazing. It is such a peaceful home. The house is very clean, very well equipped for anything you may need. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed the spa and sauna after long days of fishing. Brian and Christine were great to work with. I definitely recommend booking this house if you are visiting Sitka!”

“Absolutely adorable stay here in Sitka. The space is quite big for a two bedroom. The only issue was a new building is going up right next to it and does block some of the views from inside. If you’re here tho, you’ll get all the beautiful views exploring anyways ”

“Absolutely gorgeous accommodations with stunning view and convenient location. Only issue was the noise. Street noise was a bit annoying, but the loud music at night from the bar next door that continued until 2am made it hard to sleep. Regardless still rated a 5 because the spot was that amazing. ”

“We enjoyed our stay, property was just what we needed...a place to sleep, shower and minimal cooking for a few days. Bed is against the wall on one side and squeaked when you rolled over, but that was the only downside to our stay. Overall we would give it an excellent rating.”

“The house of clean and well kept. The location was perfect for being within walking distance to most things Sitka. The property manager was very nice to work with. We arrived late at night and needed to have distilled water for a C-Pac machine. I called the afternoon we were to arrive and asked whether it could be arranged to have distilled water at the house and it was!”
