“Service was very good. Hotel room is one star level in reality. Bottom of door unsealed, all outside noise is a part of room. Loud. Moldy scent in room due to AC not being cleaned. Bed mattress metal squeeky no matter how much or little you move on it. Surprising to see any Wyndham brand to this experience, 1 star hotel in comparison.”

This property is not maintained, the parking lot is pot holes and broken, the rooms stink of mold, the gutters have trees growing out of them, they have toilets sitting outside in the parking lot along with furniture and debris. The door locks were visible from the outside and inside a gaping hole to the outside, letting air, bugs, light inside and a butter knife could pop the doors open. Check in was a...

“The bathroom was dirty hair in the tub on the wall, moldy bathroom ceilings. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator. The last night stay, my room key deactivated. It took 3 trips to the front desk to resolve it. And the young man helping still wasn’t not able to get it to work, after calling someone on the phone. My aunt was left waiting outside her room with her walker for like 20 minutes.”

“The property canceled our reservations when we arrived because " the AC isn't working". We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. Now we are being told that Expedia can't give us a refund because they can't contact the property.”

“Unfortunately, when I arrived to the property that evening the power was out. Obviously, there wasn’t a back up generator and I was told that I could check in or have my funds returned. Keep in mind the I reserved the room weeks prior.”

“This "hotel" is not appropriate for people. Roaches inside the fridge and microwave, clogged bathroom sink, and the smell is terrible. "Manager" changed us 3 times, all the same filth.”
