“What a great little place to just relax. Easy check-in and out. We met the property owners who were friendly and hospitable. We were able to relax for a couple of days without the hustle and bustle of the “popular spots” over a holiday weekend. Thank you for sharing Tranquil Villa!!”

“Property was clean and as pictured. Hosts were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and everything was functional. I did expect the “entire house” listing on Vrbo to actually be just myself and my family in the house, but it is a house divided into two apartments so there may be other neighbors/guests during your visit. The other side/guests have their own separate entry. The neighbors did not interfere with my stay, it just wasn’t expected. It was a nice stay overall and I would recommend...

“The River House at Claremont was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. I am a huge Gone With the Wind fan and this property brought you back to the South prior to the Civil War all we needed were ball gowns to make it really authentic. The house was well appointed with the necessaries (toilet paper, tissues, and toiltetries). In addition the kitchen pantry had salt, pepper, flour and other staples. The interior of the house is amazing with much of the furniture handmade by the owner...

“Lovely house with plenty of room to spread out and well situated for everything we wanted to do, including Jamestown, Busch Gardens, and William and Mary. The pool was a huge bonus and we enjoyed all the little touches like toilet paper, paper towels, and keurig cups. The kitchen was well stocked and parking was simple. We would come back!”

“The house was just as advertised. Back yard was great for our dog.Home was clean and everything worked. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and not the most convenient location, but I never felt unsafe and it was quiet.”

“We had a lovely stay in Deena’s cottage. The cottage was super convenient to the car ferry, and we took many fun trips into Williamsburg and Jamestown with the kids. We enjoyed the private slice of beach right outside the cottage and kayaking with the kids in the river. “The home was very comfortable for 5 of us with room to spare. Located in a friendly small town. Many extras included. There are many activities for kids. Our grandchildren had a great time, they would have liked to just stay at the property!. The ferry to Jamestown is very convenient and there is much to see on that side. We also visited the town of Smithfield which is only 20 minutes away. We were looking for a nice slow and relaxing pace and found it. ”

“We took our twin daughters up for a few days to have fun at Busch Gardens. This house was perfect for everything that we wanted! The girls each took a friend, so the 4 girls took over the bedrooms upstairs. 2/10 Väldigt dåligt

"Service was very good. Hotel room is one star level in reality. Bottom of door unsealed, all outside noise is a part of room. Loud. Moldy scent in room due to AC not being cleaned. Bed mattress metal squeeky no matter how much or little you move on it. Surprising to see any Wyndham brand to this experience, 1 star hotel in comparison."
