“Great location”

“No free parking at hotel, only choice of valet for $50 or monitoring your own street parking using a parking app. One elevator was broken during our stay; this place was NOT a 4 star hotel experience. The only 2 redeeming qualities was the staff was friendly and the museum had cool art.”

“We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean at all times. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. And the popcorn and the afternoon kick back is a great concept! Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. The positive energy of Deanna and Unique will stay in my heart for a long time! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I come back to STL. ”

“The best part of my stay was checking out. However, I would have checked out earlier had I noticed the plastic wrapped around the smoke alarm. More noticeable was that the toilet handle was falling off, the walls were paper thin, there was a pubic hair in the bathtub, and the maintenance panel in the elevator was barely hanging on. I have at least learned what to expect with a 7/10 rating on this website. Never again!”

“Everything was great except house keeping wasnt on duty at night and the front desk staff didn't have access to get us another blanket for the room.”

“Hotel overall was great. The staff seemed confused and did not know how to handle the tornado sirens/severe weather situation with patrons. The instructed us to go to the second floor via the elevator? There were also no instructions posted on where to go in the event of severe weather. ”
