“Excellent value and nice building for the location, relative to Busch Stadium/the Arch/Union Station/etc. My room was nice and clean, and the floor was quiet. My only major gripe is that the elevators, at least going down, take forever. In one instance I waited 15 minutes for an elevator and had to push the call button multiple times before one finally stopped at my floor. Not sure if that's related to how busy the hotel was this particular weekend, but just something to be mindful of.”

“We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean at all times. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. And the popcorn and the afternoon kick back is a great concept! Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. The positive energy of Deanna and Unique will stay in my heart for a long time! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I come back to STL. ”

“The best part of my stay was checking out. However, I would have checked out earlier had I noticed the plastic wrapped around the smoke alarm. More noticeable was that the toilet handle was falling off, the walls were paper thin, there was a pubic hair in the bathtub, and the maintenance panel in the elevator was barely hanging on. I have at least learned what to expect with a 7/10 rating on this website. Never again!”

“Stains on beds, trash left from previous guest. Bathroom had not soap of any kind, shower was dirty. Floors sticky. We didn't take off our shoes and didn't dare to shower. Thankful we arrived late and left early. Spend more, stay somewhere else!!!”
