“Pilot Mountain Glamping Resort was a great weekend retreat for my fiancé’s birthday. Great location. We hiked at Hanging Rock State Park. We really enjoyed the deck with the Blackstone Griddle and fire pit. We had pancakes and bacon off the griddle for breakfast one morning, and hotdogs for dinner one night. S’mores later that evening over the fire pit topped off a great day. Jack was responsive to the only issue we raised and it was quickly resolved.”

“Very clean hotel, staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was well stocked & a good variety. Water in shower was hot & felt so good after a long day of traveling & sightseeing. A great variety of restaurants close by & Mayberry/Andy Griffith attractions were close & easy to get to.”

“Nice mountain view but AC didnt work good. We hoped it would get eventually cool the room down but it never did. Random trash laying all around and a consistent smell of mildew and Marijuana. The place definitely needs attention.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Peaceful Getaway with Beautiful Views! My wife and I had a wonderful stay at A Mighty Oak Bed and Breakfast. The property is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and we loved seeing the beautiful view of Pilot Mountain right from the farm. The friendly animals added such a nice touch it felt warm, relaxing, and full of charm. Our suite was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. “I have stayed in a lot of different homes and can't always give a 5 star rating but this homes deserves more than 5 stars. The house is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and Betty would check to see if we needed anything. We sat out on the carport watching the rain and storm and it was BEAUTIFUL. I would absolutely recommend this home to my family and friends. I will be going back down to Mount Airy and will plan my trip to stay here again.”
