“It was a very nice hotel for what we were staying there for which was simply a stop to sleep for the night during a long drive. Miss Diane in the breakfast area was fantastic and what any customer service driven employee should strive to embody. ”

“The room smelled like dirty socks and someone puked in the elevator.”

“Nice hotel right off I 95. Great staff clean rooms. Alittle pricey but I was in a jam and booked day of. Other than that great stay”

“Service was very good. Hotel room is one star level in reality. Bottom of door unsealed, all outside noise is a part of room. Loud. Moldy scent in room due to AC not being cleaned. Bed mattress metal squeeky no matter how much or little you move on it. Surprising to see any Wyndham brand to this experience, 1 star hotel in comparison.”

“Ok for one night stopover.”

“Building needs upgrades. The room door had issues closing. Pillows looked dirty with marks on the sheets. Service was great. I stayed at several Hilton hotels this trip and none were that great. The Microtel in Spring Hill Florida was so much better.”

“The curtains were falling off the wall and they were dirty, the top of the dresser was also dirty, the floor and bathroom were somewhat clean.”

“Parking was the only thing good about this stay. Glad it was just for a few hours for a quick rest before heading back on the highway ”

“I would not suggest courtland inn unless you have NO other options. I paid for a kkng suite and had a room the size of a walk in closet. Renovations are severly needed ”

“The parking was convenient as I was able to park right outside the room. The staff being friendly and the Wi-Fi being fast were definitely among the highlights.”

“Bugs! And not Clean!”

“Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean.”
