“This place was amazing. This was a picked based on location to Mt Fuji and nothing else. Due to other factors , visiting around Hakone and other places closer to Mt Fuji didn’t occur, but we found other gems. My wife and I loved it and so did the kids. The windie road getting there, was interesting, but really just another part of the fun. Thank you so much. We hope to come back again some day.”

“Went here 2017 and fell in love. This time it seems like this hidden gem is no longer hidden, since there were a lot of foreign tourists. But that seems to have given an extra boost! It seems like many aspects has improved, like another outdoor onsen on floor 5 that is fantastic, a small souvenir shop as well as swapping to a buffet style breakfast. “The staff was not shy of attempting to utilize English while helping foreign visitors, which was a great help when my Japanese couldn't help. The staff working in the restaurant, both during breakfast and dinner, were incredibly helpful, kind, and forthcoming when trying to converse. “The room was spacious (family of 4 with 2 teenagers) and clean. The beds were big but a tiny bit hard. The breakfast buffet was excellent with extensive choices both Japanese and enough western food options for our picky family :). I enjoyed the Onsen a few times and the location was perfect, just a 3 minute walk from Gora Station with direct access to the Hokane-Tozan railway and Cable Car (to ropeway). I would recommend this to all my friends visiting this area in the future. ”

“Härligt hotell i Gora - Hakone. Mycket fint och beläget så det är enkelt att ta sig fram med Hakone free pass. Vi bode i rum som hade privata onsen vilket var superlyxigt. Frukosten var varierad och hade både västerländska och japanska alternativ. Det ända man kan ha synpunkter på är kanske att det kostar en del att äta på plats, men om man tycker det är för syret finns det restauranger i närheten också. Jag kommer mycket gärna tillbaks!”

"Väldigt härligt hotell, med vacker omgivning och fin arkitektur. Bra kommunikation innan och god service hela vägen fram till att vi skulle checka ut. Då hade de stora svårigheter med att hjälpa oss navigera i buss-och tågtidtabeller. Med tanke på priset så var mina förväntningar på det högre. Maten upplevdes ’fancy’, men smakade långt ifrån fantastiskt. Hade uppskattat mer japansk stil på middagarna, snarare än försök att imitera västerländsk mat och uppläggningar. "
