“First time we stayed at this hotel and in Hakone. It was such and experience! The food at the bufé is nothing I've tasted or seen before. It was so cozy with the big room. The onsen in the room looked small at first but its very big. If we come back we will OFC stay at this hotel!!!”

“Väldigt fint mottagande.”

“Beautiful location in Hakone with walking distance to Hakone open air museum and chisuji fall, great food with option for kids. Hotel room with private onsen incredibly beautiful. ”

“Amazing and so beautiful hotel. Our room was gorgeous! The staff very friendly. The Onsen was so nice and calm. The meal was excellent. The only thing we regret is not staying there more than one night.”

“Nice clean place to stay and relax”

“Jättefint boende som passade bra för oss med ett litet barn. ”

“Wonderful service Prívate SPA Fantastic breakfast”

“Fantastiskt att bo här. Kan varmt rekommendera att ta både middag och frukost.”

“We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. While the hotel is starting to show its age and could benefit from some renovation in certain areas, it has been very well maintained. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout our stay. The biggest highlight was the complimentary shuttle service. Vi skippade badet. En annan besvikelse var maten och miljön i restaurangen som mer var som en skolmatsal. Det var en buffé som inte var särskilt speciell och mest påminde om maten som serverades till frukost. Andra kvällen gick vi ut och åt trots att vi betalat för middagen på...

“Fint hotell i vacker miljö!”

“The room was smelly, the view was better in pics, the train station was loud, and the food was really nothing to write home about. Hotel front desk was also not responsive to emails. The public spa was a positive experience though.”

“What a nice place! Stayed here for 3 nights on our Japan road trip. We had our own wheels so we had no problems getting there, since the location is a bit remote. But what a nice setting!!! High on a hill overlooking the coast line / Pacific ocean. Being 5 in our family we checked into a Japanese suite, which turned out to be an excellent choice. Very spacious room with comfy futons. Spacious bathroom. Very comfortable and with a stunning view of the coast. The hotel compound houses many...
