“The hotel looks beautiful from the outside. The pool is okay, but the rooms are dirty. It was impossible to eat the breakfast at all. Even the cutlery and glasses were dirty. We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. However, the nearby restaurant Bros was absolutely wonderful, but you don’t need to stay at the hotel to eat there. There was dirty water in the bathtub when we arrived at the room, and the floors were filthy. The gate didn’t open when we arrived, so we had to go inside to ask them...

“The main hotel reception, restaurant, bar and pool were lovely. The rooms very nice and clean however the decking on the lodges was appalling and very dangerous. Nails sticking out, cracked and rotten boards. You felt like you were going to fall through. Also in the restaurant they don’t chill or cover the deli meets and cheese so they have flies all over them and and dangerous to eat sitting in the heat for hours. If they fix those few things the place could be wonderful. But urgently they need...

“That the spa is not included is important to write in the description of the hotel. Also the spa is not up to the standard I have seen of 5star hotels all over Europe. The gym didn’t have good air condition. We ordered a deep tissue massage but got just oiled in and it’s by my experience not a 5 star educated massage professional hired doing the job.
