“The staff are the biggest assert here, all 4 four front desk people I met were very helpful and friendly. No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided. I enjoyed my stay and most likely will return.”

“This is a nice place: clean, helpful staff, A/C, wifi, and parking. Very well-located to Gluttony and the Garden. The reasons it’s not a 5: wifi is a bit slow and seems choppy, parking costs extra and it’s needed if you have a car. Beds are good, and pillows are decent. Staff is pleasant and really helpful We would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“All good but for Foxtel remote not working. Staff member tested and said IR receiver was faulty and maintenance would attend the following day. Never happened! Changing channels involved poking the remote behind the tv to signal the box in the cupboard. I know, first world problem, but why promise what you don't follow up on and make it happen? You know who you are, grey hair and glasses. ”

“The premises were underwhelming. It was neat enough and clean enough, but the little things that make it welcoming were missing. For example, an information booklet on how to use appliances would be helpful. A welcome printout on the area would be appreciated. The kitchen could have been better presented, the fridge could have been cleaner, the crumbs in the toaster could have been emptied. There certainly were enough dishes, glassware and cutlery but no placemats, paper serviettes, or cotton...
