“Bad experience. Low service already at front desk. No breakfast, early check out, loud and noisy.”

“Bad WiFi, hardly worked at all. Reception closed hours before the written closing hour. Which lead to people not being able to check in even though they arrived within the written hour. Didn’t get any cleaning during the first day for some reason. Good parking and a nice pool area. Gerringong is a small but lovely little town with a nice secluded beach. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised. From the outside I was a little worried what I got myself into :). But level 1 I panicked when it smelt like smoke but once you are up on level 2 in the room area it was fresh, clean and inviting. Bathrooms need a little maintenance but overall the place was clean and the amenities where sufficient. There is soup, shampoo, clean towels and a comfy bed. The patrons down stairs can get rowdy on a footy night but we slept well.”

“The room was ok but very cold (until we got the air cons on high temperature working). We had bad weather but no isolation made it worse. The woman in the reception was excellent. ”

“The unit was clean, although we found an old takeout bag behind the couch cushions when I dropped my phone. And no shampoo was provided, thank goodness I carry some with me when I travel. Overall, we enjoyed the location and the nearby restaurants and shops. We would stay again. ”

“John and Karen are literally the perfect hosts. The place has some of the best views in gerringong and the unit is clean and tidy. It has everything you need, including some lovely personal touches. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!”
