“The enormous White room had a very comfy king-size bed, a large and clean bathroom (with bathtub), all in a 18th century style. The central air condition very quiet. A complimentary wine bottle was a nice touch, as well as the free coffe/tea and home made cookies and cakes downstairs. Garden outside very well kept. ”

“Mel was wonderfully helpful, and so friendly. The gaol has been treated with respect and there is life back in what could of been a potentially depressing and sad place. My boy loved the basketball ring in the 'exercise area', we actually spent a lot of time out there shooting hoops. Such a cool place to say ive stayed in, and will stay again for sure. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was smooth, key details were sent via email a couple of days before as promised, no problems there. The area is convenient, minutes walk from the pier, cafes and restaurants. Only minor complaint was there were some old sausages in the oven (left by a previous guest?) that the cleaner must have missed. Just an area to be aware of. Overall, would stay again! ”
